Our Essentials Boiler Service is designed to keep your boiler operating safely and efficiently. The service includes visual inspections, safety checks, combustion analysis where applicable, cleaning of accessible components, and confirmation that your appliance is operating safely in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and current Gas Safe regulations. A digital service record and recommendations will be provided following the visit.
Our Premium Care Boiler Service is our most comprehensive annual maintenance service. In addition to all Essential Care safety and operational checks, the boiler is partially dismantled where appropriate to allow for a more detailed inspection and cleaning of key internal components in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This service is designed to help maximise reliability, maintain efficiency and identify developing issues before they become costly repairs. You’ll receive a digital service record together with any recommendations following the visit.
Plumbing / Heating / Boiler Repair Visit
We want to ensure our pricing is clear and transparent, so here’s what to expect:
£115 for up to the first hour: This includes diagnostics and any repairs that can be completed within that time.
Please note: This charge applies whether we’re on-site for the full hour or just a few minutes – it’s our minimum charge for allocating that time slot.
Materials or parts needed are not included in this charge.
If the issue can’t be resolved within the first hour, we’ll provide you with a clear and upfront price for any additional work before proceeding.
We believe in fair and straightforward pricing, so there are no hidden charges or surprises.
A Gas Safe registered inspection to ensure your property’s gas appliances, flues and pipework meet current safety requirements. Once completed, a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) will be issued where applicable. Additional servicing can be selected at checkout. Any repairs needed will be quoted for separately.
Our General Plumbing Visit is suitable for a wide range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance, including leaking taps, toilets, pipework, showers, radiators, outside taps and other plumbing issues. Your appointment includes an assessment of the reported problem and up to 1 hour on site to investigate and complete repairs where possible. If additional labour, materials or a return visit are required, we’ll discuss this with you before carrying out any further work.
